So who are we?

My partner Tony Smith – A true Swindonian, was born & has always lived in Swindon.

He started his apprenticeship as an estate agent in 1987 with a local company and rose to the giddy heights of managing his 1st estate agents branch by 1989. He believes it was 1992 that he married his childhood sweetheart Allison, and is the father to two children; Charlie & Jess.

His limited free time is spent with family & friends, playing badly in a local band and managing a boy’s football team. We have worked together on & off for the last 20 years, and in that time, amazingly our friendship has survived. A total professional as an estate agent, Tony has the ability to put sales together that his colleagues in the past have believed couldn’t happen, to the extent that one of our former employers, now retired but  possibly one of the most respected agents this town has ever seen;  nicknamed him affectionately “The Ferret.”

My partner Austen Gray, has a natural flair and approach to estate agency and since we first met and started working together in 1988, has proved to be one of Swindon’s most knowledgeable and proficient agents.

Despite moving to Wiltshire from London as a youth he is now more Swindonian than he would care to admit! Although briefly working within estate agencies in London & Bristol in the nineties, the lure of the town was too strong and he settled firmly in Old Town, now with his long suffering partner, Leanne (a proper Londoner) their toddler son Flynn, impending baby and small dog. Therefore ‘Oz’ has little spare time with baby & dog duties, repairs to old camper vans and time spent alone in Wales? His infectious appetite for selling property (and food) have ensured that the countless number of satisfied clients consider ‘Oz’ the perfect agent.
