2. My Account, allows you to track all activity on the sale of your home as it happens. View feedback from viewings, monitor the number of web hits received, the number of brochures sent out whether by post, text, picture message or e-mail. You will also be able to keep up to date with the progress of your sale after offer (surveys, chain details) right up to completion. Our service is totally transparent unlike a lot of estate agents.

3. We recognise that viewing properties during normal working hours may not be convenient for everyone, so we are open & available 7 days a week, till 9pm weekdays!

4. We think that our service is 2nd to none, but don’t take our word for it.

5. We will not tie you into a long term contract?  We believe you should not be tied into a lengthy contract, if you are not happy with the service your agent provides you should be free to change. We have confidence in our services and we work hard to keep your custom.
